This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wilmington, NC, for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing schedules, preparing correspondence, creating reports, and handling confidential information. Responsibilities also include organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and ensuring seamless communication flows within the office. The role requires a proactive multi-tasker with strong organizational skills to support the efficient operations of the executive office.
- Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Experience with creating and reconciling accurate Expense Reports and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Strong Executive Support capabilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive team’s activities.
- Excellent Communication skills for written and verbal correspondence, as well as stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing documents, managing projects, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience in an academic or nonprofit setting is a plus.
