| Primary Purpose of Position | This position provides full support for The William States Lee College of Engineering's Office of Student Development and Success (OSDS). Manages budget, personnel, and any business processes, and assists faculty, students, staff, and visitors. Reports to the Director of OSDS. Handles routine office functions and ad hoc projects as assigned. Handles correspondence and confidential information. Identifies inefficiencies and opportunities. |
| Minimum Education/Experience | Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Note: Some state job postings state you can qualify by an 'equivalent combination of education and experience.' If that language appears above, then you may qualify through EITHER years of education OR years of directly related experience, OR a combination of both. |
