| Primary Purpose of Department | The mission of the Athletic Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is to operate within the perspective of the overall educational programs. | Primary Purpose of Position | Help recruit top-level student-athletes to represent Charlotte Women's Soccer on and off the field. Manage and oversee individual development programs for each student-athlete. Monitor student-athlete academic progress. |

| Minimum Education/Experience | Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience |
| Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience | Experience coaching at the Division I level in women's soccer. USSF B License and/or UEFA B license or higher. |
