Duties/Responsibilities
Coaching and Skill Development (80%)
- Lead and instruct players in the fundamentals of Lacrosse, including passing, cradling, shooting, attacking and defending
- Provide individual and group coaching to ensure player development and improvement.
- Create and implement structured, age-appropriate practice plans focused on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Incorporate a variety of drills that emphasize technical skills, speed and agility, and Lacrosse IQ.
- Assess each camper’s individual progress throughout the camp.
- Provide constructive feedback to campers and parents regarding strengths, areas for improvement, and future development.
- Adapt coaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of each camper.
- This position will be open to people with high level lacrosse experience.
