Position Summary

Schwalb Center Administrative Support & Events Coordination
Duties:
- Serve as primary point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquires
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail distribution
- Maintain confidential records through retrieving, retaining, storing, compiling, coding, updating, distributing, and destroying files as appropriate (electronic and paper)
- Coordinate office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and work orders
- Maintain Center calendars and schedules
- Assist with research activities for the Center
- Coordinate meetings, programs, and events (space reservations, logistics, catering, speakers, and materials)
- Prepare and distribute event communications and promotional materials, in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Manager
- Maintain databases, contact lists, and administrative systems
- Support website updates and social media content as needed

- Track memberships, subscriptions, and related payments
- Assist and monitor grants as needed
