To coordinate clinical patient care and research for investigators in the Divisions of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Cardiovascular Medicine.
This individual will need to plan, organize, implement, document, and evaluate clinical research activities.
This individual will be responsible for maintaining good clinical practices involving cardiovascular, thoracic surgery and vascular surgery research trials along with HUD and Emergency/Compassionate Use applications. Assists HVCRO Operations Administrator with day-to-day oversight of the Research Nurse Coordinators.

Required License Yes If yes, what is the required licensure/certification? Registered nurse with current licensure or licensure eligible to practice in Nebraska
Required Computer Applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook Required Other Computer Applications: Epic or similar EHR Required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -Ability to perform physical assessments and patient teaching as appropriate to research protocols.
