Position Summary
Responsible for providing reception and customer service to visitors and callers to Human Resources. Provides backup to all areas of Human Resources. Assists all areas of Human Resources with projects. Assists applicants with job applications and I-9/E-Verify processes. Monitors and responds to inquiries of all natures via email/phone and dispatches advanced inquiries to the appropriate functional HR unit.
The HROA must have a high sense of confidentiality and integrity.
This is an in-person role and is ineligible for remote/telework.
This role is needed 8 am-5 pm with a one-hour personal break.

Administrative and Customer Support
Duties:
- Provide coverage, reception and customer service duties for visitors to the Human Resources office.
- Collect, sort and deliver in office mail
- Order and maintain supplies
- Assist with I-9 and E-Verify processes
- Monitor and respond to department emails and phone calls
- Maintain department calendar and assist walk-ins with appointment scheduling.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to the HR office
- Data entry and maintenance as needed

- Assist in crafting and disseminating communications from the HR office
- Reconcile Purchasing cards
