Basic Function and Responsibility:
We are seeking an accounting professional who thrives on routine and precision to support our mission-driven Finance and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process 80–120 invoices and 25–50 credit card transactions per week
- Ensure proper coding, approval, and policy compliance for all invoices and credit card transactions
- Maintain an up-to-date database of users and authorized expense approvers
- Assist in maintaining the chart of accounts
- Perform additional accounts payable or accounting tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Warm and clear communication style
- Proactive and collaborative
- An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles is a plus
