Role Description
The Dean of the Grace Pilot School of Business is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Mobile, AL. The individual is responsible for overseeing the academic integrity, operational effectiveness, and growth of the business school. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, managing faculty and staff, fostering student success, maintaining accreditation standards, and building partnerships with industry and community leaders. The Dean will develop strategic initiatives aligned with the university’s mission and actively contribute to fostering a Christian environment within the academic community.

- Proven leadership and administrative experience in an academic setting, including managing faculty, budgets, and program development
