Job Description
- Deliver professional front desk support by answering high-volume calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
- Assist customers with dining plan purchases and account services, completing required documentation and receipts
- Maintain strong communication with students, staff, and parents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide direct administrative support to the Director, including special projects, file management, and document preparation
- Assist in coordinating department travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Produce, edit, and maintain a wide range of documents (correspondence, reports, flyers, signage) using Microsoft Office, ensuring accuracy through thorough proofreading and quality control
- Manage document workflows including revisions, approvals, copying, distribution, and filing of official records
- Maintain office equipment, including coordinating repairs and ensuring adequate supply levels
- Oversee department vehicles, including fueling, cleaning, inspections, and key management
- Manage office inventory and supplies, ensure organization and timely reordering
- Maintain organized filing systems and conducted annual records purging and archiving
- Support daily office operations by handling incoming/outgoing materials, mail processing, and administrative requests
- Provide cross-functional support across the Director’s office, including phone coverage, filing, mail runs, and system updates (CS Gold, CBORD)
- Maintain and updated staff access using campus door access systems and managed retiree address records
- Assist in processing deposits with accuracy and accountability
- Enter, update, and verify dining plan data in CS Gold and housing systems, ensuring accuracy of meal plans and account balances
- Process plan activations, changes, and cancellations while maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Resolve customer account issues and provided guidance on pricing, billing, and plan options
- Verify daily system updates and ensured data integrity across platforms
- Participate in training sessions and applied learned procedures to improve efficiency and performance
- Support team operations by assisting with coverage, collaborating on departmental goals, and maintaining reliable attendance
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $17-$18 hourly
