Facility Operations
Job Description
- General cleaning of dorm rooms, common areas and restrooms.
- Specialized cleaning including floor restoration, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, exterior window washing, etc.
- Provide hotel service to include turning rooms by cleaning and setting them up with linens, towels, etc.
- Moving supplies, furniture, un-bunking beds, running laundry carts.
- General Labor
- Interior and exterior delivery
- Furniture and appliance delivery and set up
- Other duties assigned
Shift
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.,
Monday - Friday
Minimum Qualifications
Custodial help:
Ability on a daily basis to:
- Lift, carry, and set down objects of moderate weight (25-50 lbs.)
- Grasp broom and mop handles
- Work around dust and cleaning chemicals
- Climb stairs, step stools, and ladders
- Ability to read, write and make simple arithmetic computations.
Maintenance help:
- Some experience in general construction or similar work.
- Ability to drive a pickup truck or other similar utility vehicles and possession of a valid state driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
A valid driver’s license which will allow the legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary: $15.00/hr
