Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support the investigator team by managing day-to-day operational activities. Responsibilities include assisting the investigators with participant recruitment, eligibility screening, informed consent, scheduling, and onboarding. The Project Coordinator will maintain IRB documentation, prepare and organize study materials, support secure data entry and record-keeping, coordinate communication among study staff, and keep investigators updated on study progress, challenges, and timelines.
Shift
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $31.25 per hour
Grade: GGS 009

This is a two-year grant-funded position, with the possibility of annual renewal. Grant funding dictates the pay range for this position.
