Job Description
The Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Missouri School of Medicine is experiencing significant growth and transformation—and we are seeking dynamic, patient-focused physicians to join our expanding Urgent Care Division. Our urgent care network is a high-performing, rapidly scaling service line, currently serving more than 85,000 patients annually across Columbia and surrounding rural communities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team redefining front-door access to care within an academic health system. The role is 95% clinical. As the attending physician in Urgent Care, you will collaborate with our mid-level clinicians and at times supervise learners. Academic rank will be commensurate with candidate’s experience and career goals. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: BE/BC and able to acquire and hold a Missouri license, BNDD, and DEA along with maintaining ABEM /ABFM certification
