The Division Director will be responsible for advancing excellence in patient care, education, research, and faculty development while aligning with the broader mission of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Provide oversight of clinical care delivery within the NICU to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient outcomes
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices
- Maintain an active clinical presence in neonatology
- Recruit, retain, mentor, and evaluate neonatology faculty and advanced practice providers
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clinical productivity, quality indicators)
- Multidisciplinary team approach
- Access to 30 pediatric sub-specialties
- Participate as member of pediatric leadership team
