What You Will Do As An
- Coordinates physical fitness assessment, evaluations and designs training programs based on results and individual goals.
- Manages fitness technology aspects of the Signature program.
- Leads and develops professional fitness offerings.
- Represents Signature Health and Wellness at corporate site visits and participates in public speaking events in order to promote the program
- Coordinates care within Signature Health and Wellness program, sharing patient information with nursing staff, physician and nutrition colleagues as required to ensure comprehensive, individualized service that meets patient needs.
- Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect fitness level of population served. (as applicable)
- College degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology/Exercise Science or Physical Education with specialty training in applied human performance training.
- Proven experience doing fitness evaluations and designing customized training programs. Trained to in perform and interpret human fitness, strength and performance testing.
- Applied human performance training. Advanced knowledge of current technology used in fitness assessment.
