Summary
The SEAS Student Center is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead a dynamic student recruiting program. You will report to the SEAS Director of Admissions and Recruiting, working with Admissions and Student Center leadership to implement strategic data-driven, student recruitment programs, and develop, implement, and assess the SEAS cultivation pipeline. You?ll join us in collaborating with local, regional, and national student organizations interested in the environment and sustainability.
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate your ability to develop recruitment plans for students with a variety of educational backgrounds including first year, transfer, and international students. You will plan, build, and continually improve constituent segmentation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool utilization for optimal recruitment campaign results, all while contributing to a culture of collaboration and dedication to the mission of SEAS.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, working two to three days per week on-site in Ann Arbor, MI after an initial training period, with a particular focus on being present for SEAS community events and applicable recruiting duties.
Flexible work agreements are reviewed annually and are subject to change dependent on the business needs of the hiring department, throughout the course of employment.

Responsibilities*
Student Recruitment, Outreach, and Cultivation
- Design, implement, and evaluate data driven prospective student recruitment programs
- Manage communication journeys, analyze and report on interaction data using enterprise CRM system
- Create data collection processes to combine demographic, academic, and behavioral data, and design and implement reporting dashboards for that data
- Build data analytics maturity in the area of student recruitment, implementing changes in user experience based on behavioral data
- Explore available relevant predictive analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations, participate in implementation once systems are selected
- Supervise the creation of student generated content including (but not limited to) a student blog and podcast
- Create information kits, updates website content, and designs materials for a wide variety of students
- Manage in person and virtual SEAS recruitment events
- Build collaborations and programs with local (campus), regional, and national undergraduate student organizations with focus on the environment and sustainability to create a cultivation pipeline
- Ensure SEAS representation in local, regional, national and international recruitment fairs and other recruitment opportunities
- Partner with SEAS DEI office and other relevant stakeholders to assure compliance with DEI policies in recruitment
Admissions and Enrollment Management Support
- Conducts admission application evaluations
- Supports faculty and staff in the review process
- Assists in financial aid application evaluations including for special awards and grants
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor or equivalent and 3 years of experience in recruiting, higher education recruitment and admissions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to proactively establish external relationships and create talent or student enrollment pipelines
- Demonstrated experience in online application, CRM, and data visualization solutions
- Demonstrated familiarity with one or more of the following IT systems: Salesforce CRM, WebApply, WebAdmit, Marketing Cloud, Tableau
- A high proficiency in the use of productivity software and services
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Desired Qualifications*
- Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in an applicable field (Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Sustainability, or Marketing and Communications, for example)
- Demonstrated familiarity with one or more of the following IT systems: Salesforce CRM, WebApply, WebAdmit, Marketing Cloud, Tableau
- Interest in, and commitment to promoting values aligned with the SEAS Mission of building a more sustainable future
