What You'll Do
- Provide Tier III customer support by using your natural curiosity to solve customer problems with a focus on high-quality experiences.
- Interpret organizational policies to address our customer needs, process exceptions and audit system data.
- Understand plan changes and how they might affect benefits administration.
- Manage complex benefit transactions including union contract language.
- Deconstruct complex data to ensure we're resolving the actual cause, not just the symptoms.
- Implement and improve procedures and processes for all benefits processing.
- Consult with customers and teams by phone and email.
- Develop relationships and work with diverse teams across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education, certification, experience.
- Minimum of 5 years similar experience in a related role, with records management experience with some familiarity on benefits policies.
- Intermediate proficiency in interpreting HR and Benefits policies.
- Intermediate proficiency in analyzing data, including the use of Vlookup, Pivot tables and query to audit and reconcile complex benefit datasets across multiple relational systems.
