We’re hiring 2 Full-Time Coaches! 🚨 We’re looking for motivated and dedicated people with good leadership qualities to join our program for this upcoming season! We will select one Head Coach and one Assistant Coach based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Be present and valuable at all practices (2/week) and games (~30/season) including overnight trips across the Midwest
- Assist team President and Captains with recruiting and roster construction
- Develop and implement team systems and strategiesÂ
- Build productive practice plansÂ
- Work closely and communicate with team Captains and Executive Board
Qualifications
- Located in Ann Arbor area and able to commute to Yost Ice Center regularly
- Previous coaching experience preferredÂ
- USA Hockey Coaching Certification preferredÂ
- Playing experience at the collegiate level preferred
- Familiarity with the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA), the Tri-State Collegiate Hockey League (TSCHL), and the University of Michigan
Compensation
- Will come at the end of the season (March) in stipend formÂ
- Head Coach: $5,000
- Assistant Coach: $4,000
