Acts as a representative of the Environmental Services Dept. in providing a sanitary and safe patient care environment. Conducting themselves in a professional and cooperative manner at all times.

- Completes daily work completion and documentation log form for assignments of patient room cleaning, patient care areas and general areas. Stocks all units with Environmental Services supplies.
- Removes waste, trash and recycling materials. Transports waste materials in appropriate containers to designated disposal areas. Handles soiled linen and infectious waste. Assists in clean up of bodily waste, hazardous material spills and other duties as required.
- Cleans equipment, per policy and procedure.
- Maintains hospital standards of participating in mandatory in-services and other mandatory hospital/departmental requirements.
