University of Michigan Health – Sparrow is looking for an IT Learning Specialist to join our team in Lansing, Michigan.
This isn’t just a classroom training role. You’ll help shape how team members learn, adopt, and confidently use technology across a complex healthcare environment.
You’ll lead training projects for system implementations and upgrades, create engaging eLearning and blended learning experiences, develop realistic hands-on training scenarios, support users through go-lives, and help continuously improve the way training is designed and delivered.
You may be a great fit if you have experience in:
• IT or software training
• Instructional design and adult learning
• eLearning development and blended learning
• Leading training projects or technology rollouts
• Translating complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences
• Coaching, mentoring, and collaborating across teams
