General Purpose of Job:

The Intermediate Application Systems Analyst independently manages application configurations, troubleshoots complex issues, and collaborates with end-users. This role focuses on improving application functionality, supporting upgrades, and managing medium-scale optimizations.

Essential Duties

• Configure and maintain application systems to ensure efficient functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, supporting end-users in a clinical or operational environment.
• Evolve skills in vendor relationship and management.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and document workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to leverage application functionality and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with and manage vendor issues as needed.

Work Experience

• Required: Must have experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support
• Preferred: Ideal candidate will have experience in application support or IT analysis
  
  

Education

• High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of application analysis experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of application analysis experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 1 year of application analysis experience.
  
  

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to manage technical tasks independently.
• Strong collaboration skills with end-users and IT teams
