The Decision Science Tenure-Track faculty position is a full-time, on-site role located in Lowell, MA. The successful candidate will have responsibilities including teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in decision sciences, conducting high-impact scholarly research, and publishing in top-tier academic journals. Additional duties include mentoring students, engaging in curriculum development, collaborating with peers on multidisciplinary projects, participating in service to the department and university, and fostering relationships that enhance the university's role in the academic and professional community.
- Expertise in Decision Science and related areas, with experience in teaching, curriculum development, and faculty service.
- Strong research skills with a demonstrated ability to conduct and publish high-quality research in respected academic journals.
- Proficiency in analytics, data science, and quantitative modeling, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for student mentorship, collaboration, and public speaking.

- A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Decision Science, Management Science, Operations Research, or a closely related field is required by the start date of the position.
