Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electronic systems and components
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of electronic equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product development and quality assurance
- Document technical procedures, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Associate of Science in Electronics Technology is preferred.
- Four years of experience analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing sophisticated electronic, medical, or communication equipment, or equivalent, is required.
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician, preferably at a senior level
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, schematics, and diagnostic tools
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
