Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Coordinate and manage daily clinical activities to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and professional development of nursing personnel.

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.

- Proven clinical nursing experience with prior leadership or management roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
