**Key Job Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans that meet their unique goals and objectives.
- Perform direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Practice, code of ethics, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Record patient data collected for re-evaluations and care provided in the medical record, in accordance with departmental documentation standards.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and suggest areas for improvement to colleagues in a tactful and considerate manner.
**Requirements:**
We require an Associate's Degree and current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Maryland. One year of related experience is preferred, as is ACLS or BCLS certification.
