Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper portion control
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns professionally
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a culinary or food service role preferred
