The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy
including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication

Position Responsibilities
The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of SCN'S salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/training and other qualifications. Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations, as well as their medical history and
- Develop treatment plans that outline the specific goals and interventions for each
- Use a variety of techniques to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and families about their condition and home management
- Document evaluations, treatment goals, plans, prescriptions, and signatures
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license in good standing required.
- Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum one (1) year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of orthopedic, vestibular, and rehabilitative treatment techniques preferred.
- Ability to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document care accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
