Role Description
The UMW Department of Biological Sciences is seeking Adjunct Instructors to teach Introductory Biology w/lab courses this Fall and Spring, and potentially to teach mid- and upper-level courses in the Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Conservation Biology, and Kinesiology majors.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a biological science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 18 graduate-level credits in the relevant discipline, is required
- Experience in teaching biology courses at the higher education level is preferred
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for a diverse student body
