Minimum Requirements
- Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- Experience in grounds keeping/ landscaping or participation in school training programs or organizations related to horticulture or landscaping is preferred.
- Texas State Herbicide Pesticide license is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hedge trimmers, weed eaters, pole saws, tillers and blowers.
- Must possess a current and valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under UMHB auto coverage.
- Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
