Strong attention to detail. Ability to analyze and leverage data effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to function as a team member. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated exemplary customer service. Dependable, self-motivated, organized, and possess the ability to problem solve. Ability to follow established policies and procedures. Ability to work independently, and with minimal supervision. Preferred: Prior experience at an institution of higher education in student records or related areas. Experience with automated student information systems preferred, Oracle PeopleSoft highly. Experience with certifying students’ eligibility for graduation and/or athletic eligibility.
