About The Role
We are seeking a research assistant to work with the Student & Education EDI (SEEDI) Team to carry out focus groups, workshops and other data collection related to the delivery of the Succeed at Leicester resources. The project is funded by and in collaboration with TASO and NIESR. You will work across the academic schools in the University and with students to explore the experiences of using and delivering the Succeed at Leicester resources.
This post is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in evaluation and research methods within a collaborative and interdisciplinary team.
About You
You will have an undergraduate degree or experience of applying research or evaluation skills in a real world setting. You will have experience in qualitative research methods, including interviews or focus groups and data analysis. Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, impact-driven evaluation or research are essential.
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual who can work independently and collaboratively, and is willing to conduct face to face qualitative activities with a variety of different groups across the University.
