Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Operates a variety of grounds maintenance equipment (e.g. tractors (bush hogs), gang mowers (up to eight feet across), riding mowers, push mowers, etc.,)
- Operates dump trucks for hauling off a variety of items (e.g. trash, debris, aggregates, etc.) for removing unwanted items from facilities compliance with established guidelines.
- Operates forklifts with lifting capacity over 10,000 lbs.
- Provides guidance to and oversees work of lower graded operators and laborers, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
