| Job Summary | The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs the duties for which they are trained such as starting IVs, simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN or LIP with any changes or abnormalities in the patients condition. LPN Sign-On Bonus FAQ Valid 3/1/2026 to 7/31/2026 Definitions • New Grad: a candidate accepting their first position in an LPN role since obtaining licensure. • Experienced: a candidate with one year of clinical experience or a starting time-in-position (TIP) of at least 12 months at the time of hire.
