| Job Summary | Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Department of Family and Community Medicine staff and faculty. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the daily schedule, travel and meeting arrangements for various staff and faculty; document creation (presentations, communications, meeting minutes) and record retention; operational coordinator for basic IT needs, special projects, and service excellence. Individual must have solid communication (oral and written), resource and organizational management, and interpersonal skills. Other key success factors include emotional intelligence, servant leadership, adaptability, creativity and innovation, resilience, and being politically and technologically savvy. |
