Job Duties:
Teaching & Education 0.10 FTE
- Supervise, instruct and evaluate psychology trainees on assigned educational clinical rotation(s) in accordance with departmental program policies
- Prepare and present formal lectures for psychology trainees as required by the department
- Prepare and update the educational goals and expectations of assigned educational clinical rotation(s)
- Engage in education committees as assigned
- Provide adolescent unit programming on an inpatient setting
- Provide adolescent consult services on an inpatient setting
- Provide services to children and adolescents in the KU Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences clinic
- Provide services to school aged youth on a school based healthcare program
- Research & Scholarship endeavors in support of P&T, with approval from the Chair
Work Environment
- This position is located on the KUMC-Wichita Campus.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have completed all requirements for a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology in an accredited program.
Certifications/Licenses
- Must be able to practice and obtain permanent license in the State of Kansas as a licensed Psychologist.
