Summary:
The Extra Help Entrepreneurship Program Instructor & Business Support position provides part-time instructional and programmatic support for the Sangamon CEO program and the Small Business Accelerator initiative. The role is responsible for teaching an applied entrepreneurship program, managing course operations, and supporting Small Business Accelerator participants through coordination, communication, and program execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teach an applied entrepreneurship course using an established curriculum
- Manage classroom operations, including facilitation, attendance tracking, and student engagement
- Grade student assignments and evaluate performance, as applicable
- Coordinate and host guest speakers and organize experiential learning activities, including site visits
- Prepare students for a culminating pitch competition, including presentation structure and feedback
- Provide operational support for a small business accelerator program.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for participating small businesses
- Assist with scheduling workshops, mentoring sessions, and program milestones
- Collaborate with entrepreneurs to support participation, communication, and program deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Experience in entrepreneurship, small business support, education, or a related professional setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
