Position Summary
The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the Illinois Eye and Ear (IEE) is seeking board eligible or board certified Ophthalmologist to serve as a member of the Pediatric Ophthalmology & Adult Strabismus division. The physician will also have clinical opportunity at our satellite clinics such as 55th and Pulaski (FFP) and the Millennium Park Eye Center (MPEC) as well as additional affiliated academic partner sites.

This non-tenure part-time role will involve outpatient and inpatient clinical practice, resident, fellow, and medical student education, and academic pursuits including clinical and/or basic research.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.


  • Minimum Qualifications
    Requirements include board eligibility or certification in ophthalmology, post-graduate fellowship training in subspecialty is expected, and eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois.
