Description
- Greets all students, staff, faculty, and guests visiting the UHD Northwest office
- Performs data entry
- Supports UHD Northwest events
- Files, copies, and prints documents
- Answers and transfers phone calls
- Creates basic Word and Excel documents
- Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
- Organizes and maintains office, classrooms, and faculty rooms
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Must be a UHD student
- Must be eligible for Work-Study from the Office of Financial Aid
- Must be enrolled in at least six college credit hours
- Must have a GPA of 2.0 higher
