Department: Academic Advising Salary: $12.00 per hour
Duties:
- Assists administrative staff at the front desk and answers incoming phone calls
- Performs general office filing and copying
- Assists Academic Advisors including Directors in day-to-day business activities
- Greets all students, staff, faculty, and guests
- All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be able to work all available shifts and be flexible during office peak times
- Must have some knowledge of UHD and its respective programs
Qualifications:
- Must be a current UHD student
