Position Summary | The University of Georgia Gwinnett Campus in Lawrenceville GA is seeking qualified candidates for a IT Systems Support Professional. This is a key IT Administrator position responsible for the system administration and support of servers and desktops in the classroom, computer lab, and office environments for the UGA Gwinnett Campus. This includes managing departmental network access authorization and maintaining the security of these systems according to departmental, UGA, and State Security Standards Policies and procedures, including maintaining documentation of IT policies and procedural development. This position will also be responsible for providing classroom technology support. This position reports directly to the IT Manager and provides support in researching and long-term planning of emerging technologies to improve the efficiency, security, and effectiveness of technology for the campus. |
