| Position Summary | The Clinic Manager is a professional registered nursing (RN) position that provides leadership and management of the West Campus Well-being Center and reports to the Director of Nursing and Care Management. Key responsibilities include clinic operations, fiscal responsibility, management of support staff, and direct nursing care. The West Campus Well-being Center provides counseling services and limited medical services during academic semesters, requiring coordinated operational and clinical oversight. As a member of Nursing Leadership, the Clinic Manager serves as an exemplary ambassador of the UHC leadership and service excellence principles. |
