Job Description:The Student Assistant supports the daily administrative operations of the department by providing exceptional customer service and assisting faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing front desk coverage, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of the department newsletter.
- Managing and updating the department’s social media pages.
- Providing general administrative support, including organizing files and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned.
- Triaging and directing questions to the appropriate faculty or staff members.
$15.00/hour
Required Qualifications:This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through Federal Work-Study.
