Job Summary

The CU Athletic department is looking for hard working individuals for our Athletic Facilities and Operations team for the 2026 – 2027 academic year. Our Athletic Facilities Attendants play a pivotal role in ensuring that all events are set up and able to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Responsible for assisting with the set up and breakdown for all athletic events
• Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Track and Field, Tennis, and Lacrosse
• Assist with the set up and breakdown of special events in the CU Events Center and Folsom Field
• Support full-time staff with the management of all athletic facilities
• Have opportunities to act as a game management liaison (Interacting with home/visiting teams, officials, etc.)
• Serve as a building supervisor for practices, exams, summer camps, athletic spaces
• Position primarily involves physical labor
  
  

What You Should Know

• This is a part-time, temporary role. We anticipate this assignment lasting through the academic school year.
• The schedule will vary depending on the Athletics schedule; nights and weekends will be required.
  
  

What We Can Offer

$18.90/hr.

Benefits

Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave .

What We Require

• One (1) year of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position. Education can substitute for the experience.

• Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks independently
• Report promptly to all assigned shifts
• Able to work in a team environment
• Basic understanding of collegiate sports
• Familiarity with facility layout
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
