Job Summary: | This position will be responsible for oversight and maintenance of departmental programs that include outreach and event planning/coordination (Department Seminar Series, Colorado Immunology & Microbiology Conference), procurement (CU Marketplace PO/invoice reconciliation/p-card holder), travel (coordination, report reconciliation/travel card holder), departmental scheduling, processing funding change requests, financial reporting, and electronic data management. As a Business Services Professional it is expected that these duties may change over time and new duties may be assigned as the department grows and requires change.

Work Location: | Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three (3) days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $54,656 to $73,239. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
