Manage the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket Office.
Act as a steward between UCM ticket holders and the department.
Maintain digital ticketing CRM system.
Collaborate with the Alumni Foundation and Assistant Athletic Director for Development on the Cardinal and Black fund.
Collaborate with Taymar U ticket sales and sponsorship representatives.
Examples of Duties
Manage the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket Office, to include: - 50%
- Hire, train and supervise student ticket office employees.
- Administer payroll, process employment related paperwork, monitor hours and timesheets and maintain student employee files.
- Create and maintain student employee work schedules.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to student and part-time staff.
- Reconcile ticket sales and revenue reports for all ticketed athletic events.
- Prepare ticket sales and revenue reports for use by marketing and ticket sales teams.
- Prepare billings for ticket purchasers.
- Ensure ticket office is staffed and maintained during regular business hours and during events at Audrey J Walton Stadium, Crane Baseball Stadium, South Recreational Complex and Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center.
- Monitor and maintain ticket office budget.
- Prepare and order Athletics Tickets.

Provide excellent customer service to UCM ticket holders.

Work with ticket holders to solve problems and provide solutions to ensure
their satisfaction.

Build relationships with ticket holders and communicate ticket holder concerns
to UCM Athletics administration.
Maintain digital ticketing CRM system ensuring data is accurate and updated
regularly. - 10%
Collaborate with the Alumni Foundation and Assistant Athletic Director for Development on the Cardinal and Black Fund. - 10%

Maintain Cardinal and Black fund member records.

Ensure seat donation requirements are met before sale.

Collaborate on renewals and on-sale dates.

Assist with procession auction receipts.

- Work with ticket sales rep to ensure ticket sales initiatives are executed as promised.
- Provide data and leads to ticket sales rep when appropriate.
- Collaborate with sponsorship to execute ticket related sponsorship initiatives when appropriate.
Typical Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
Experience:
- One (1) year of experience working in a collegiate or professional athletic department required.
- One (1) year of experience working in a ticket office environment in professional or college sports preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with ticketing software preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Some budgeting and bookkeeping experience preferred.
