About the opportunity:

Join the Client Services team at the University of Canberra and play a hands-on role in deploying, supporting and optimising the technology that underpins teaching, learning and research.

As a Deployment Specialist, you will ensure endpoint devices, systems and applications are seamlessly delivered, supporting staff and students across a dynamic university environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure and maintain endpoint devices across Windows, macOS and mobile platforms
  • Manage device lifecycle activities including imaging, provisioning and asset management
  • Provide responsive onsite and remote technical support for staff and students
  • Support enterprise applications through installation, testing, upgrades and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Support print, telephony and teaching technologies including AV and hybrid learning systems
