Job DescriptionAs a Senior Building Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional campus physical environment at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Working under supervision, you will undertake a range of semi-skilled tasks in one or more trades, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the campus facilities. Your work will directly contribute to the research, teaching, healthcare, and community service mission of the university, as well as support the recruitment and retention of top talent.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a building maintenance or related field. - Knowledge of basic building maintenance practices and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required. - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. - Commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
