Job DescriptionThe Float Pool Nursing Department is a dynamic and versatile team of highly skilled registered nurses who provide essential staffing support across multiple units within the healthcare system. These nurses are expertly cross trained in various specialties and are deployed to areas experiencing increased patient volume, staffing shortages, or other emergent needs. They bring exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and clinical expertise to every assignment, ensuring continuity of care and upholding the highest standard or patient safety and satisfaction. Their broad skill set enables them to seamlessly integrate into diverse clinical environments, including medical-surgical, PICU, NICU, emergency, and specialty units - while consistently delivering high-quality, compassionate care.Â
