Department Summary
The UCLA Department of Psychology is an exceptional department known for its excellence in research, teaching, and service. With a distinguished faculty comprising more than 60 ladder rank members, it is one of the nation's top psychology departments. Its undergraduate program is the largest within the Division of Life Sciences and the UCLA College, with nearly 5,000 undergraduate students enrolled across three majors: Psychology, Psychobiology, and Cognitive Science and a minor program, Applied Developmental Psychology. Position Summary
The Culture and Race Ethnicity (CARE) in Youth Mental Health Lab is hiring a full-time research analyst to play a critical part in supporting a high-impact community engaged research, including clinical trials, funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of research data, from the initial design of data collection protocols, to designing and maintaining data management systems, to conducting multivariate statistical analysis, and preparing federal funding reporting deliverables. These roles will be essential in contributing to manuscript and grant proposal preparation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, effective at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and protocol adherence.
