We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Business Office. In this role, you will manage and advance a variety of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and support the department's mission. Primary duties include:
*Coordinating and implementing program and project activities, such as assessments, organizational changes, and process improvement initiatives.
*Developing program and project materials, including SOPs, templates, presentations, website content, and social media content.
*Assisting with the implementation and development of new processes, systems, and dashboards.
*Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
Salary Range: $70,900.00/year - $145,200.00/year
*Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project/program coordination, process improvement initiatives, and/or implementing new processes and systems.
*Experience with project management tools, such as Gannt Charts, Project Charters, is highly desirable.
*Bachelor's degree is preferred.
